The Storyfarm production process is unique in the world of business video. We put two goals above all others: making the process simple for our clients while simultaneously achieving exceptional quality. We don't shoot weddings or soccer games; we focus on working with professionals who are interested in a greater return on investment in their business's website. We respect that your time is money.
Step 1: Planning
To begin the process we come together with the client and strategize the best and most effective way to highlight the client's marketing message.
You'll have ideas, we'll have ideas, and we'll make a plan together. Our clients pay for our expertise, and we love taking a client's concepts and turning them into a compelling videos. Whether it be a series of personal profiles, client testimonials, Video FAQ, etc., we will work out a package of videos that will meet your budget.
We can also handle all of the pre-shoot arrangements, set up the location, time, etc. We may choose to visit the shoot location in advance if we have concerns about how it will look.
Step 2: Production
We strongly recommend an unscripted interview style. We find people give far more natural answers when they don't know the questions in advance. There is no preparation needed from our clients before the shoot.
We'll give you some simple, quick talent coaching, then we're off. We understand that your time is money. We move with unparalleled speed and efficiency. We will put you at ease during the shooting process, and will not stop until we know for certain that we have achieved our goals.
While we do have strong recommendations for our clients, in the end it's your video. The fact we guarantee our client's satisfaction shows how much we respect that.
Step 3: Post-Production
Once the shoot is over, our clients can sit back and relax. We guarantee delivery of every video within seven days of shooting.
You will have an opportunity to review your video and request any changes. Then we will provide your video in whatever file format you need and work with your web designer (or do it ourselves) to get the video up and running perfectly on your website. We won't stop at delivery--we know web video inside and out and can help fix any issue.
We find the key to meeting everyone's expectations is to talk clearly before we start shooting. If we've done our job well, you'll be thrilled with your video the first time you see it.
